Hand-embroidered work with a text borrowed from Huora band "You can't hit any more, still the traces are here". The piece is made by hand with embroidery on recycled fabric.
I have done it in 2022 for the artivism campaign against violence against women, where textile art related to the topic was presented all over Finland in public spaces and on social media. The name of the exhibition was "47%", which is the number of Finnish women who have statistically become victims of violence.
The work was exhibited in Isopuisto in Kotka in a tree and was one of the few works that I got back from there after the exhibition.
